EE Reseller New Provide Order Portal

A route for your reselling business to procure Handset Plan or SIM-Only EE products and services.

Under one roof, we have technical account managers operating using a step-by-step process to help your business deliver the right handsets, SIM-only plans and companion devices for your customers.

1. Place order

Complete the form below to place your EE business mobile order.

2. Send Customer Proofs

Once the order is placed, please send the relevant Proof documentation to: support@networkunion.co.uk.

3. Await confirmation

Please wait whilst our technical team administer your order. Approved and signed orders by 4 pm GMT will be delivered to the customer's address the next working day.

Order Form

For customers wishing for a new provide and to pay £0 upfront, please complete the following form: - (For customers paying an upfront fee or wishing for more than 10 of a single handset, please use our EE Bespoke Order form. For existing EE customers, please complete the EE Upgrade/Re-sign form.)

If you are adding the new service to an existing EE account, this must match the name on that account and should also be the same on companies house. If the details are incorrect, please email support@netify.com, where a support team member can assist in investigating.
Please enter the customer delivery address. N.B. - Only applicable if the delivery address differs from the customer's main address.
Please enter the Company Registration Number if the customer is a Public or Private Limited Company.
Every customer (new or existing will need to set up a security question - if not filled in your order will be sent back)
Please select Corporate if the customer's organisation has over 100 employees.
Please select Small Business if the customer's organisation has 100 employees or less.

Please state the customer's existing numbers/lines that they wish to be ported to EE and to which connection they will be associated with.

Please state any additional requirements, such as inclusive extras or Smart Benefits chosen by the customer, as well as any additional Hardware or other extras requested by the customer that is not already covered in this order form.
New Customers ONLY

1. Self-Certified Business refers to a Sole Trader or a Small Partnership (1-9 employees) unable to supply proof of business
2. Proofed Small Business is a Sole Trader or a Small Partnership (1-9 employees) able to supply proof of business
3. Large Business includes Large Partnership (10+ employees), Small Limited, Large Limited, NHS and Charity account types

 

Private Consumers must provide Single Card Proof (AVS) OR 1 Proof of ID + 1 Proof of address.

A Self-Certified business must provide Single Card Proof (AVS) OR 1 Proof of ID + 1 Proof of address AND a Signed Self-Certification.

A Proofed Small Business must provide Single Card Proof (AVS) OR 1 Proof of ID + 1 Proof of address AND 1 business proof.

A Large Business must supply 2 business proofs.
