Prior to PayPal, Luciana spent nine years working for Marathon Petroleum Corporation serving under several capacities, including security solutions architecture, security engineering and network security engineering. Luciana’s primary focus is on developing security solutions that are business- and risk-driven in order to enable organizations to secure their critical business information systems and information against cyber-adversaries. In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering from the Argentinian Airforce University and a master’s degree in information security engineering from SANS Technical Institute, Luciana holds several security certifications. Her notable certifications include CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and GSE (GIAC Security Expert).
